Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to be 100% Satisfied with our Products, so if you are not; please first email us and let us know what the problem is or why you are wanting to return your item(s). If we are not able to assist in a resolution, we will gladly except the item(s) back however you will be resposible for any shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in UNUSED & NEW condition and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return in New and Unused Condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
